NZWe did not stay in the Garden Studio due to a double booking. We were upgraded to a luxury apartment across the road, so can't rate the studio.

DEDie Ausstattung des Apartments ist ziemlich gut. Das Bett bequem, die Küche gut ausgestattet, Waschmittel für die Waschmaschine vorhanden, Badprodukte, Schokolade... das war alles sehr nett. Die Gastgeber waren zu Beginn freundlich und bemüht.
Der Preis ist unangemessen für den Zustand des Apartments. Es hatte einen modrigen Geruch, der auf Schimmel hinweist, die Heizung ließ sich nicht regulieren so dass es nachts viel zu warm war für meinen Geschmack, und daran ließ sich auch nichts ändern. Ich musste dann sowohl wegen des Geruchs als auch wegen der Wärme mit offenem Fenster schlafen, was meinen Schlaf sehr beeinträchtigt hat, da die Wohnung direkt an der Straße liegt, wo auch nachts Busse fahren. Der Garten ist außerdem sehr ungepflegt und zwar nicht im wild-romantischen Sinne, sondern vernachlässigt. Es wirkte alles ziemlich heruntergekommen. Ich habe im Nachgang eine Rechnung verlangt und nachdem der Anbieter zunächst behauptet hatte, das läge nicht in seiner Verantwortung, wurde die Kommunikation extrem unverschämt, inklusive Beleidigungen.
CZSkvělé místo, dostupnost a pohodlí. Milý přístup. Cit pro hosty. Dobrá komunikace.
Trochu jsme si přáli lepší čistotu podlahy.
AUClose to transport, supermarket, great hotel/bistro, washing machine, well-appointed kitchen, king-size bed, but too close to side wall, good water pressure, plenty of linen, host easy to contact by Whatsap or phone.
The following were ALL MISSING...dryer/clothes line, outside security/safety lighting, (bring a torch) bedside lighting, (need to crawl to bed unless you have a torch), full size doona, (only a single bed size provided), towel rails, guest manual very out of date, all communication in English but all tourist info in German, internal door handle kept coming off, garden and patio overgrown, outside furniture dirty and/broken therefore unusable, website far from accurate. Be careful in showering as floor is quite slippery. Could not recommend.
