We didn't like anything, the host is a horrible person she made us suffer every moment. Upon booking she started nagging us for security deposit which was super shocking since we rented 5 hotel apartments in Europe and no one asked for a security deposit, we didn't agree to pay security deposit but upon insisting and since we had already paid the 2 nights in advance and couldn't cancel without deductions, I gave her my credit card details as a security. She sent videos to show us where to collect the keys and where to park in the same video she was talking about parking fees to be paid in advance as well which we didn't listen since we were watching the video to follow the directions without voice which was very confusing even with the help of the video it took us 1 hour just to reach the location since there was a lot of construction going on and all roads were closed and we had a very long day since we were driving all the way from Venice. When we finally reached our room it was another horrible shock to see the size of studio she named it big studio and it was smaller than a doll house, you step inside and the studio is finished it's that small even the bathroom is so small that you can't close the door when inside. There was NO AC in the room only a small cooler with the pipe hanging outside the window and you can't even close the window so you can imagine the street noise as well as the noise of the ongoing construction. She is a BIG LIAR as she mentioned it's fully air conditioned and Big Studio all lies.

Gorgeous city, and public transportation was closely accessible and stores near by. The spa facilities are very nice.

The spa facilities are confusing to get to and potentially have an extra charge. Had to keep track of previous damage due to bad scenario at the property in the past and that is stressful when you are paying extra deposit and are respectful. Also, this is a studio not an apartment, 1 room. Wardrobe and closet are filled with towels that you need to pay extra for so there is no storage space for your travel items. Just felt a bit overcharged with everything going on but I suppose all of Zurich is.

She is so stressful, she is picking every single forty to keep the deposit of 200,- I gave to her. That is so bad 👎 😫 she want that when you leave the room not even the bed spray show have any sign of use on it. She said if you don't take away your trash your self is sign of damage and your deposit is gone....

There is window and in front a car washing fascility and it’s continuous noise from that fascility .

Everything was good. The location is perfect 👍
