The apartment is lovely there is a bus stop just at the front the facilities is very good.

Big space, TV with Wi-Fi so you can watch Netflix, YouTube etc. Lots of dishes and bus stops under the building. Nice view and also tram stop nearby.

It is hard to find. Needs more instructions from the owner. Also the owner is very nice but cannot speak English which may be difficult to some.

Old towels with disgusting smell; items in the kitchen had not been washed possibly in months; the sofa was also old and looks dirty.

its very difficut to find parking nearby.in the booking it was mentioned that its possible to book parking but actually you have to find public parking .

I was here with my two sisters. When the host asked when we wanted to check in we told him anytime between 12-13. He didn’t message us any further after that so we assumed it was alright. When we arrived to the apartment complexion at 12:00 and called him to let him know we had arrived he told us that it was not possible to check in until 15:00. He was very rude and hung up at first so we had to call a couple of times before we got this «fantastic» answer. We (three girls) had to wait in the lobby with no aircondition and extreme heat for more than 3 hours. We called again at 15:00 and he confirmed he was on his way and would be there in 10 minutes. 10 minutes had past and there were no sign of him. 15:30 a young girl came downstairs and let us in to the apartment. The meeting was very brief since she didn’t speak english. We were handed a couple of old sheets and pillowcases with poor quality. The floor was full of sand from the previous guests and the dishes had to be washed again by us since it was still dirty. There were also filthy cloths and a dirty sponge in the sink. Overall the apartment had an average standard with a modern kitchen. The stove had two tops if we wanted to cook something simple. In addition we also had the opportunity to wash our clothes since the apartment had a washingmachine. Because of the lack of communication from the host and cleanliness we would not recommend staying here. We believe the communication probably would be better if either he could speak and understand english or we could speak or understand spanish. However even though there was a language barrierer between us - hanging up on the phone and serving straight up lies is not okay.
