Unik Apartment Alicante

Nice, big apartment. Lots of restaurants nearby. Easy parking in the parking garage around the corner.

Apartment was lovely and well equipped. Owners were friendly and very receptive. Location closed to railway but only 25 minutes walk to old town and marina

Lots of steps to 3rd floor. Horrible,noisy, rude neighbours resident across hall carrying on, arguing and playing music with front door open

The apartment is equipped with towels, cosmetics, a washing machine and small household appliances.

The apartment should be refreshed and thoroughly cleaned. Its best days are already behind it. The blankets on the beds and pillowcases were just dirty. Curtains and duvets were crying out to be washed. No dishwasher - but it would be useful. Not enough dishes and glasses. Noisy neighbors, especially late in the evening and at night. The view outside the window is terrible - you can see the wall and the neighbors' mess...

Neighbours (residents) were fighting a little loud during the evenings

Large and comfortable apartment. Friendly host. Supermarkets nearby. Super close to train station. Easy to get to from the airport by bus. Walking distance from main attractions.

No elevator. Would be nice to have some basic stuff in the kitchen (salt, sugar, cooking oil, etc.)

Close to the train station, has many shop and restaurant around. Thursday and Saturday market close by. Has washing machine can air dry my laundry. Walking distance to old town.

No sound proof, can hear a lot of noise from neighbour it felt like is in the apartment. The door is very difficult to open. The shower drainage seems to be clog as water not drain quickly. Hard to find street parking but we have no problem finding one in the neighbour hood , narrow street so your driving skill need to be good 😄

Clean and spacious apartment, close to bus and tram stations. We had all what we needed in the apartment.

It is really not that close to the beach and city center it was about 25 minute walk, that’s not really fast for me and the air conditioning smelled really bad.
