There wasn’t any cover seat for the toilet and the washing machine was blocking the oven so we couldn’t open it it’s not advisable for little children’s because it was at the third floor.

La ubicación del apartamento, y la rapidez de respuesta y la atención del personal de 10!!!. Facilidad para dejar las maletas antes del checking!!! Aire acondicionado potente que se agradeció por la calor que hacía y colchones muy cómodos.

La limpieza de la ducha dejaba que desear. El sofá cama muy incómodo.

La falta de tapa y asiento del inodoro,espejo del baño sucio,bastoncillos en el suelo,ni siquiera la mitad de rollo de papel higiénico para 3 personas por una estancia de 4 noches,toallas limias secandose en los balcones,horno bloqueado por la lavadora-imposible el uso,la puerta de la lavodara-cierre/apertura botón roto,el radiador está por caerse al suelo,todas las ventanas con dificultad de cerrar.

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado, justo detrás de la plaza del ayuntamiento. Pilla también muy cerca de la playa. El anfitrión fue muy amable dejándonos pasar a dejar nuestras pertenencias bastante antes de la hora de entrada al apartamento.

El sitio bastante sucio, el plato de ducha realmente asquerosa toda la zona de los carriles de la mampara, el mueble del lavabo por el lateral levantado el laminado de la madera, grifería oxidada, azulejos sucios en general. La cocina mínima expresión y no cuentes usar el horno por que no se puede abrir la puerta por que da con otro mueble que hace L en la cocina. Las laminas del aparto del aire acondicionado terriblemente sucias también, un radiador medio descolgado....en fin muy poco agradable de estar en el. Por lo demás si solo buscas un sitio para dormir y poco más bien ubicado está bien.

The was no toilet seat!! We tried to contact the owner in all possible ways. Waited many hours for response. He told us to go away if dont like what we see.

Location was OK but nothing else , Bathroom Floor was flooded with Leakage of Dirty Water from Toilet Pot and There Was NO TOILET SEAT , very very bad smell everywhere in Bathroom, Tape from Sink was Lose .....I was afraid to use that , itight get break then it would be more problem ....same thing was in Kitchen Sink too .No Lift in the building , I was on ztop Floor of the property , Lot of Noise all night from Night Clubs till 4.00 am plus this area lot of old building get repairs day time and building construction work Noise Disturb you for having sleep - Night Time Music , Parties and Day Time construction work Noise and Dirtiest Apartment....I had NO SLEEP for 48 hours . When I made my Complaint to host Alex about Flooded water in Bathroom Floor and NO TOILET SEAT ....he was very rude and replied me that I paid on 60 € per night if I want better Apartment then I have to pay 200 € per night in Alicante . I was shocked to get his reply . He was very Bossy over the phone to me in my all 3 times conversation. This Apartment shouldn't to allow to rent to anybody .

The only thing was that it was big enough space ...sitting area with Dinning Table and separate Bed room and lot of beds for family . But I was Alone there for 2 days .

Bathroom need renovated / noise from outside too much.

The location was very central.

From the moment we arrived at the apartment it was obvious that this apartment was suffering from neglect. The door handle was falling off, the key chamber had no plate, the number of the apartment was written in marker on the actual door. Arriving inside, and looking around, the apartment did not look like the photos. Please check the photos. The bathroom was repaired at some point, but badly so. The toilet seat was loose. The bathroom vanity laminate was peeling. In the living area the furniture was distressed. The decorative clock was missing the hands. There was another clock but batteries were long dead. The tv remote batteries were also dead and even after putting in new batteries, the remote didn't work. Tv would not connect to the internet. Property was listed as a sofa bed but was a futon and very worn out. One of the windows wouldn't close properly and quite obviously taped up at some point and then the tape was removed but not the tape residue . The kitchen was functional but didn't even have a corkscrew or basics like salt and pepper. This is a Property that was refurbished awhile ago and has been neglected since. The owner needs to come in and look thru the eyes of a potential renter. This is a rental for party goers who just need a place to crash after drinking . Not a rental for anyone else. I wasn't expecting anything fancy but this was beyond disappointment!
