Lovely, new, bright 3 mins to beach apt 105 sq meters

Good location to the beach and easy to access old town. Spacious clean property with a view of the sea.

No aircon controller. Tv controller didn’t work, pillows in bedroom two were like bricks. They weren't actually pillows but bolster cushions . Very uncomfortable and un useable

Gilana was an excellent host, very obliging and helpful, and so pleasant to deal with.

There were building works going on , so extremely noisy. Cango hammer started every morning at 8am . Not what you want on holiday.

The apartment was close to the city center and to the touristic points but the area was dirty. I do not recommend to go to the beach close to the accommodation. It was very busy and dirty. It was also close to the transportation and you can easily go to Saint Juan Beach. The apartment doesn’t look like in the pictures at all. It is old and a bit creepy to be honest. There are cockroaches in the area and we had some in the apartment as well. Also we had ants everywhere. Overall, I do not recommend. Bad value for money for sure.

Apartment is in an excellent location. It is right across from a really lovely beach. It's about a 10 min walk to the old town. There is a little mini market across the street and lots of local restaurants on that street too or close by. There is also a shopping centre with a huge supermarket about a 10 min walk away. We loved the apartment. It's spacious, clean and the host Svetlana is second to none. She is so quick to respond on messaging and really will do anything to help. She met us late on the night that we arrived with her daughter and explained everything to us. She really is such a great host. Our stay in Alicante was so great and the apartment and location and Svetlana really helped to make our holiday so good.

The location of this property is perfect - close to all amenities. Air con in both room was a plus. The host, Svetlana, was super helpful and knowledgeable about the area.
