The location.

Unfortunately, our experience at this property was very disappointing, especially considering the price of more than €260 per night. Upon arrival, the apartment had a strong chemical odor and did not feel clean. There was sand throughout the flat despite it supposedly being ready for check-in. The furniture was old, worn, and in need of replacement. The apartment is located on the ground floor, and natural light is very limited. Dense palm trees block much of the sunlight, making the flat feel dark throughout the day. Despite being in a beachfront location, it was difficult to get fresh air into the apartment because the balcony is fully enclosed and the windows do not open properly. The management was rude, unhelpful, and disrespectful throughout our stay. Guests are required to pay an additional €200 security deposit, and it felt as though every effort was made to find reasons to withhold as much of that deposit as possible upon checkout. For the price charged, we expected a much higher standard of accommodation and customer service. Overall, the property did not meet expectations, and based on our experience, we would not recommend staying here.

This was really the only really negative thing. I asked could we check in early and instead of just a simple no, the host dragged it out, was exceptionally rude, saying stop texting him, was rude when we meet, sent me a text saying he would meet me, then left me for 24 minutes waiting. Wouldn’t have really minded but he was just horrible to me. Really ruined our first day.

Having only one key was really a nuisance.

Location is nice

Did not like the check in process at all

Great location and very relaxing space!

Nothing much, perhaps could have some instructions in the apartment for things to understand.
