Sauberkeit

Sehr sparsame Ausstattung mit nur wenigen Küchenutensilien und lediglich zwei Toilettenrollen für den gesamten Aufenthalt, obwohl wir zu dritt waren. Es waren keine Ersatzhandtücher vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist nur über 66 Stufen ohne Aufzug erreichbar. Zusätzlich waren die Nachbarn sehr laut. Die Kommunikation mit der Managerin vor Ort war nur über Google Translator möglich, da sie weder Deutsch, Englisch noch Spanisch sprach.

El apartamento era muy lindo y muy completo. Nos recibió Alina muy buen.

El único inconveniente y no menor era que no tenía ascensor y fui con mi hermano qué lo necesitaba y se tuvo que quedar mucho tiempo en el apartamento.

"Buena relación precio calidad y limpieza."

Las habitaciones tenían un buen tamaño. Contaba con aire acondicionado y ventiladores de techo en las habitaciones lo que se agradece con las temperaturas tan elevadas. Tanto las habitaciones, cocina y baño estaban muy limpias.

Una de las fotos que hay en Booking publicada es el televisor se supone como reclamo pero no funcionaba, aunque al pasar el día en la playa tampoco nos importó demasiado . Wi-Fi si funcionaba correctamente. Que el edificio no tuviera ascensor porque aunque ya lo sabíamos al ser un tercero más una entreplanta cargar bolsas era pesado.

"Buena Casa!!"

Nos gustó la ubicación, no está ni lejos ni cerca de la playa, pero hay un autobús que pasa prácticamente en la esquina del alojamiento y te deja muy cerca de la playa del Postiguet... Una casa preciosa, muy limpia, huele bien, tiene aire acondicionado solo en el salón, pero las habitaciones tienen ventiladores y soplan muy bien... la administradora Alina también es muy amable!

Lo único que no nos gustó fue un vecino de arriba que hacía mucho ruido casi todo el día (no sabemos si era gente o perros)...y podría haber más utensilios de cocina...por lo demás todo maravilloso!

Que tenga ventiladores en el techo

Que haya sólo 2 toallas por persona para una estancia de 1 semana( osea la pequeña y la grande) fuimos en temporada de verano y la tuvimos que reutilizar muchas veces. Y pensamos que al menos tienen que haber 2 grandes y 1 pequeña
