Great location, close to all facilities, bar ,restaurants, shops, tram, underground car parking. Simple, very good accommodation in the heart od the city. We spent in Alicante 2 weeks in the apartment.

"Fantastic stay"

Location was central, close to everything like beach, bars and shops. Area seemed safe and people were friendly. Owner was extremely accommodating and went out the extra mile to make our stay perfect. I would definitely recommend and we will be back for sure

It would be better if the air conditioning was also in the rooms not only in the living room however, if the doors to the rooms were open it was still cool, nothing bad to report.

The host was great as well as an excellent location. But because it was so centrally located, right next to a plaza, it was very loud at night and hard to sleep. If you are a light sleeper, I recommend different and more quiet property. It was too loud outside.
