La ubicación

Muy antiguo, en un bloque ruidoso y un sofá super incomodo

The host was lovely. He was responsive and tried to be helpful as best as he could. He did give us a late check out when we asked and tried to help with several issues that came up in the property. Although he probably loves far so he was directing us to a local assistant.

After we landed the host informed us that the flat we had booked had flooded so he suggested we move to a similar flat. Unfortunately the new flat had a few issues that looked like it was left empty as not cared for for a while. The house had mold in the bathroom and the bedroom, it smelt like mold and sewage in the bathroom. The house couldn't get heated up as the electric radiators made the central electricity board go down and the Aircon was broken. So during those cold days in Almeria we were left in a cold house. There wasn't much hot water either. Enough only for one person to have a quick shower. Generally the flat looked like it was deserted, there weren't enough amenities for us such as toilet paper (only 1 roll). It was definitely viable and overall not a horrible experience but also it was not what we expected.

Pas grand chose

Precio/calidad muy bueno ! La ubicación del piso ideal para moverse por Almería. Con opción de parking si quieres escaparte con coche a playas un poco más lejanas. El servicio muy bueno, muy atenta Charo y ordenada la dueña del hospedaje.

No había horno en la cocina, cosa que fue una sorpresa pero para nada una decepción. Nos arreglamos y cocinamos todo lo que quisimos en las vitro eléctricas.

El apartamento era perfecto, estaba muy bien equipado y la ubicación era muy buena.

Location was the best thing about this property

Need quite an update, old furniture, air conditioner were badly installed and the liquid from them went into a plastic bottle that would get full in a matter of a few hours so we had to use the few towels that were provided to clean that water off the floor, no dishsoap, no hand wash, and if you don’t speak spanish it is hard to understand host, was a little difficult to find and figure out on what floor the apartment was because no one let us know. We would not stay there if it was for more than 2 nights like we did because there is so much missing for it to be an enjoyable experience.
