There is an extra charge of EUR 25 for guests arriving outside reception opening hours, unless a valid mobile number is provided in advance. Please note that parties are not allowed in the apartments. Please note that smoking is not allowed in the apartments and common areas. Please note that pets are not allowed.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
