NEW Modern 4-room Apartment with big Balcony and undeground parking in Center of Tallinn

Very large apartment with fully functional kitchen. It was clean and beds were comfortable. Parking garage under the building was also very convenient. Bedrooms had seperate locks if neccessary.

The apartment looks like new construction. Very clean and modern. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom were larger than others we stayed at in Estonia. Good instructions on how to get in sent to me before arrival. Parking is tricky. The assigned parking spot is easily located straight ahead from the garage entrance. Located less than 15 minutes to Tallinn Airport. Would definitely stay here again.

Parking is tricky. The garage entrance is behind the building and is not marked. It's the only one there. You must park in front of the building on what appears to be a sidewalk, go up to the apartment to get the garage remote control, go back to your car, drive around the block to the garage (which took us about a half hour during heavy rush hour traffic), use the remote to open the garage door when in front of it and use the remote to close the door. The remote is used to open and close the door whenever you come and go as the door has no automatic sensors for opening or closing. When leaving the property at the end of your stay, you must either exit the garage, park in front and bring the remote back to the room or leave the remote in the room and use the manual door controls inside the garage on the right side of the door. You must stand outside the door and reach in to the control to close the door. A little tricky for those not familiar with doing this.

Perfect location, very clean and comfortable apartment. I recommend.
