very clean, wonderful sea views

We cannot comment on Umdloti Lighthouse because we did not stay in the place that we booked and paid for months before our trip. It was not what we agreed upon and the manner in which the news were delivered to us was unacceptable because we had spoken to agents during the week while finalizing the booking details and they made no mention of the changes. We were informed the on the eleventh hour that the owner of the unit had arrived, and we were moved to Tahiti ULS32 which was not even similar to the Umdloti Lighthouse that we booked, the decision of the move was made for us. When we were informed that we were moved, the agents told us that they would not be available on the day of our arrival so we were not granted the opportunity to discuss the matter further.

Location

We booked one unit and when we arrived in Umdloti at 12h30, we were told the unit had been rebooked by the previous occupier and no one at Umdloti Letting bothered to phone us and tell us in advance they then offered us another place. Very poor service from them

The view of the beach, the view in general, the beds were quite comfortable as well.

The appliances weren't working properly and the parking space was a bit of a hassle.

Property is in a nice quiet location with a great view of the beach. The petrol station is a walking distance from the accomodation where you can get things you might need.
