Lack of some coffee in the house

I liked the apartment very much. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. Even the kitchen has everything to cook any dish. There are enough dishes, from wine groceries to salad plates. 5 minutes to the sea. The beaches nearby are free, not very big, a little with stones, but it's not critical. There's enough space for everyone. There are 3 supermarkets nearby. There are also many different places where there is ready-made food. Fish restaurant (I recommend) Ψαράκια & Θαλασσινά. There is a church nearby, music is playing only early in the morning, about 5 minutes, it's not stressful. No contact accommodation👍In general, it is a very quiet and peaceful area. We would come back here again. Thank you very much to the owner of the apartment.

oven/grill did not work which we found to our cost after buying filleted meat/fish for evening meal

On arrival, there was no electricity. We had to carry 3 bags to the third floor, and there was no assistance except a code to pick up a key from a box downstairs. I reported this to Sandra, and her response was be patient. She did not bother to call to give us instructions. I asked about WiFi, and she was condescending she said, "You never seen a router." It took a while to figure out with the smallnumbers that i could not see clearly. If the owner is absentee he should on the inside door place all instructions. WiFi, assistance, police number if needed a little brief about the facility. On day one I sent Booking.com customer service that I am not pleased and I am an older person. No electricity and I would like to change the location. Booking.com never addressed my issue at all. I will have to reevaluate my bookings from now on. I asked Sandra about how to operate the safe in to place my valuables she kept saying I can't hear you. Never called back. At this point, since there was no assistance from Owner or Booking.com, I decided to stay and keep quite until my wife and I left on November 10th, 2023. I will hope not to have such an experience again. The worst experience and I am a traveler for many years Dr. A.
