Overall nice and modern apartment, close to the Ozas shopping mall, it would be great experience if it wasn't for one BIG but!

The most important! On the second morning we found bed bugs. That was horrible. We left immediately. Tho the owner was responsive and agreed to refund one night that was left and promised that issue will be taken seriously and chemical cleaning will be made. I feel obligated to let other travelers informed so that they made sure it's taken care off if they do choose to stay. Hopefully owner will take it seriously and deep clean the apartment and the mattress. Tho apartment looks nice on the picture there are issues here and there. AC in the living room didn't work. Was showing an error. Fridge was smelling badly every time you open it. Only two big towels and no face towel(not particularly bad but to keep in mind). No blackout curtains in the living room if you are staying on the couch you definitely will need a sleeping mask. Very uncomfortable pillow(but then again could be just my preference)

Ne pirma karta jau apsistojo čia. Visada viskas puikiai, buta švari, šilta. Atvažiuosime ir veliau. Rekomenduoju 👍
