"Magical!"

The location, view of the Matterhorn, and spacious accommodation.

Not necessarily a dislike but be prepared for having to take things out of your luggage to go upstairs. The stairs are very small so we couldn’t carry the luggage up the stairs. For anyone with toddlers, the stairs would be a potential hazard as there are gaps where little ones could easily fall. For our family though, the accommodations were perfect! The host was so kind and warm and we really enjoyed our stay in Zermatt!

"FABULOUS"

Beautiful apartment on the 4th floor with a lift. Fabulous decor, really spacious. wrap aroud balcony with vast open views up to the Matterhorn. good ski room. lovely to have the lift after a hard day skiing. well equipped kitchen, everyone loved the coffee machine. Lovely responsive hosts. Right on the bus route to all lifts but we walked to Matterhorn paradiso in 7 minutes.

Tolle lage, in 5 min bei der Talstation Matterhorn Glacier Express. Unkomplizierte Übergabe, klare instruktionen Tolle Sicht aufs Matterhorn, 2 Badezimmer. Gut ausgestattet Ferienwohnung mit genügend Abfallsäcken, Reiningungstabs etc.

Tolle Wohnung, Treppe zu den oberen 2 Zimmer etwas eng, nicht für ältere Personen - mehr als Info, war bei uns kein Problem.

We loved the layout of the condo, the proximity to the gondola ski lift and the functionality of the washrooms

It was very hot even with all the steam heaters shut off - we needed to open windows in the evening get the temperature down for sleeping

The view of the Matterhorn was spectacular. Claudia was fabulous to deal with. The apartment was very comfortable for our family.

A few more utensils would be helpful, additional garbage bags, a clothes rack to dry clothes inside plus soap would have been good to start us off. Not a big deal. We managed until we found the supermarket.
