City Centre Orange Apartments - Portland Street

The apartment was lovely, and the location was great. Excellent space.

The fob for the parking garage, and allocated space did not work. Housekeeping were meant to call to help but didn't. Sky did not connect, Roku did not connect with WiFi so only live tv was possible. TV remote was not good and buttons required multiple pushes to respond.

The place was clean nice and central and very spacious.

So close to city centre and shops. Good lift and lovely views from top floor.

Parking was unclear with no entry to residence building via car park. There was a door connecting building to car park but it only opened from the inside. This meant going back outside.

Parking convenient, 2 bathrooms, spacious.

Beutiful spacious apartment. Everything was here and worked as promised. Comfy beds, TV, hair dryer, plenty towels, toiletries, full equipped kitchen Beutiful sitting area and dining room. Spectacular views of the old town if you skip the trainstation views first :-) we did enjoy this stay. Would come back. Very handy secured car park. Walking distance to the old town.

The property needed extra touch of the cleaning, sticky kitchen draw handles, and old food stains on the cutlery . After cleaning, the property was perfect to use.

Easy to get the keys from a lockbox

Had to pickup keys from the managing agent on the main road in town. Had to find parking, pay for parking, walk to the agent, collect the key from a locked box at the agent before heading to the property. Had issues getting parking at the property as could not find our parking spot in the secured area as one of the other tenants may have used it. Called 4 times across 2 numbers to get assistance from managing agent with no call back and emailed twice over 2 days. Finally got a basic response which was no help on the day we were leaving. Luckily we got the visitor spot late on the first day and chose to walk around the next so we did not lose that spot. Overall property was good. Can go from good to great with some quality service, not late emails and avoiding the phone calls.

De ligging is goed. Een ruim en comfortabel appartement. Twee slaapkamers en twee badkamers is luxe. Zonnige ligging. Er is oploskoffie en thee voorzien.

De gordijnen laten nog heel veel licht door, ook ´s nachts. Veel kunstlicht van de sporen. De wasmachine had geen handleiding en werkte amper. De droogfunctie deed het niet. Het strijkijzer was stuk, maar er werd een ander gebracht. De sleutel hangt niet in een kastje maar moet je ergens afhalen, een 15min van de accomodatie te voet. Het tweepersoonsbed had geen goede matras en was klein.

Very spacious flat and only a five minute walk to union square. Very clean and modern, two bathrooms a bonus

Outside noise (overlooking the train station) is quite loud in the living room even with all the windows closed (not an issue in the bedrooms)
