La ubicación, ya que esta cruzando la calle en la playa y a unos 25 minutos andando al centro de Almería.

Estaba bastante sucio. Olía muchísimo a humedad Los baños olían fatal porque no filtraba el agua bien en las duchas Los lavabos que estan dentro de las habitaciones son muy pequeños. Y en las duchas se salía todo el agua. Había muchísimas manchas en las mesillas y en casi todos los muebles, ya que intentan camuflar el olor con ambientadores. No tiene calefacción solo los aires de calor y se condensa la casa con la humedad y esos aires. Asique si dejas una toalla no se te seca porque no hay nada para dejarla al aire libre. Las camas son incómodisimas te hundes en el colchón Se oye todo lo que pasa en la calle hasta si se paran en el semáforo y lo que pasa en el portal igual. En general muy reformado pero igual necesita que le hagan otra reforma en breves.
