Am ajuns seara la ora 22. Trebuie sa iei cheile conf indicațiilor primite de la alta adresa, am întrebat localnici nu știau de strada, dupa o ora am luat cheile, ne am întors la adresa apartamentului dar nu aveam poza exacta care este scara blocului. Am sunat la propietar dar nu raspunde dupa ora 22. Pe booking apare o poza cu ușa blocului, însă, în realitate în acel bloc se află locul de parcare, apartamentul este în blocul de vis-a-vis, iar acele indicații nu le-au specificat. Nu sunt suficiente informații primite de la ei, mai ales dacă faci check-inul după ora 22:00. Am fost dezamăgiți din punctul ăsta de vedere din cauza că am pierdut multe ore pe strada, în mașina, având și un copil mic cu noi. Am rezervat camera la hotel o noapte, bani pierduți, a doua zi a venit un reprezentant si ne a arata unde este apartamentul si locul de parcare. Am dormit fara perne, pernele erau murdare si folosite.
