Kassiesbaai Holiday Apartment

The location is wonderful, and we loved being able to contribute to this community. Our host was extremely polite and welcoming. He provided us with all the relevant information, and it was a privilege to stay in this heritage cottage.

The position is great near the sea. The kitchen is well kitted with good appliances. It was spotlessly clean. There was an emergency light for loadshedding. If you follow the instructions for hot water in the shower it was good.

The pullout bed needs a lot of maintenance. It is rickety, creaky and very uncomfortable. The knife hidden under the mattrass was disconcerting at first but with chatting to the locals realised it is a safe place to stay and must have been left by a very nervous visitor and no reflection on the accomodation at all.

We had an absolute blast staying in Kassiesbaai Holiday Apartment! It was tranquil, quite, we at no point felt unsafe. The location of the house is great, you can walk to either the Kassiesbaai or Bikini beach within 5min and you can see the ocean from your window! The facilities were more than adequate with a nice braai area and everything you'll need for self catering. Although we were only 2 people staying over, you can easily sleep 4 with a very comfortable sleeper couch. Great value for money! Kassiesbaai is a must visit! We will definitely visit again!

Beautiful beaches.

Condition of the apartment is substandaard. No bathtowels are provided. All other places provide this. For this price it is expected. No gas backup for loadshedding. No secure parking.

Location was good and your hear the waves. Very nice place indeed.

It is a bit pricy for there is no wifi snd also the tv chanels suck big time. And then there was no hot water so we couldnt shower. That was a downside. You pay that much and need to go without a hot shower.
