Location location next to the beach walk from centre nice sea view well equipped could cook anything clean big spacious apartment

On my arrival could not open the door it needed a budge i arrived late had to call owner it took some time to respond and i was exhausted so was a bit of a bummer

Pochi asciugamani, insettini in cucina. Il proprietario non ha risolto il problema. Non ha nemmeno buttato il barattolo di zucchero che era palesemente una delle cause del problema ma non potevo buttarlo io (non è un oggetto mio). Non abbiamo potuto mai mangiare o tenere cibo nella casa. Per correttezza devo dire che gli insettini erano solo in cucina ma sono andati pure sulle mie gomme da masticare (senza zucchero) ed abbiamo dovuto buttare diverse cose. Inoltre la mattina entra troppa luce nella stanza vanno messe tapparelle o tende più coprenti

Great location - beach upfront, close to buses, equipped with everything you might need, clean, very nice beds, smart Tv, Diego was helpful host:)

Just small detail - in kitchen there were tiny insects and that was bit uncomfortable for the stay but otherwise none

All was very good.

- The location is good, located in front of a nice beach. - Easy access, there is a bus stop coming from the airport not far away from the apartment. - Getting the keys was easy and fast.

- The air conditioner was leaking water for the whole stay. We sent messages to the Host, but without success. This was INCREDIBLY annoying in the evening while trying to sleep, affecting our rest during our stay.

Really convenient location. 2 min walk to a bus station where you can catch buses to Playa Blanca & Puerto del Carmen. 20 min walk to the other bus station where you can catch buses to other destinations. The beach is in front of the apartment building. Really good base for exploring the island if you don't rent a car, because you can usually reach any town without having to transfer to another bus. The apartment itself was very clean and modern. We could watch Netflix on the smart TV. Good communication with the host. Perfect stay for a week.

Apartment is right next to beach. It's in a modern buiding, very quite. Walking distance to all that is to see in Arrecife. Right next to bus station. If you rent a car, there are 5 parking places right in front of building, they are for free, and it is a pretty good chance, that one will be free.
