The dryier didn't work

Key pickup from the minimart in Queen Streetwas very straightforward, since the minimart is open 24 hours There was some kind of email service asking about my stay, which seemed to be staffed even at weekends and evenings. The fridge was a full-size domestic fridge-freezer, which is excellent for someone who wants to lay in some stores and cook for themself, and the array of cooking utensils would do credit to any commercial kitchen. I particularly liked the giant mugs, which were great for breakfast. Plenty of storage, as well.

In spite of asking the email 'concierge', I never did find out how to drain the kitchen sink, or turn on the Insinkerator. It would probably be worth providing some instructions

The entrance is too steep and dangerous , expecially when carrying luggages. Would love it more if it is on a flat land. Did not help my bad knee.

Disappointing stay; leaking washing machine; poor response from property management. I rented a flat for two weeks and was quite disappointed with the experience. On the second day, I discovered that the washing machine was leaking. I immediately contacted property manager to report the issue and requested a repair, as having a functioning washing machine was a key factor in my decision to rent a flat instead of a hotel room. They responded, stating they would get back to me once they found a slot for a repair technician. Despite multiple follow-ups from my side, where I emphasized the inconvenience and the need to find alternative washing facilities and spend additional money, they only replied that my message had been forwarded to the relevant team. I also requested compensation for the inconvenience of staying in a flat with a non-functional washing machine, but again, my request was merely forwarded to another team, and no further action was taken. In summary, instead of enjoying my stay, I spent significant time and effort trying to get the issue resolved, without any assistance or resolution. If you encounter any problems with the property, be prepared for no support and responsiveness.
