Close to the sea and parade. Great food options nearby. Kind owner that is willing to help you. No problem parking a car.

The address on booking doesn't match the actual address in real life but the owner sent clear instructions for the route.

Possible to check in in the middle of the night and staff was really helpful with the transfer, as well.

It was close to the water.

Host did not meet us as she said she would (claiming that she needed a home loan and that s friend died). Host did not leave code to get in the building. Place was boiling hot and we were not given instructions on how to turn on the air. WiFi password hung in 3 spots in the place was wrong. The tenants downstairs gave us the correct password so we could contact the host. No mention on booking.com that the bathroom is OUTSIDE. No mention on Booking.com that you have to walk up one large narrow flight of stairs and then four more sets of stairs, a total of FIFTY steep steps. No mention on Booking.com that the bathroom is smaller than a phone booth, so if you weigh more than 150 pounds you can’t fit in there! We had no hot water for the first 1 1/2 days because host did not tellHad that you had to turn two switches on to get hot water. Filthy freezer. Sandpaper for towels. Inly 1 1/2 half rolls of toilet paper for three nights for two people. Add to contact host for more. No garbage can inside the place. Sink does not properly drain and was dirty. Sponges were disgusting. The key for the air conditioner is padlocked to the room key, so when you go out, you have to turn the air off and it gets boiling hot again on the 4th floor. More importantly, if you lock the door to your room and there is an emergency, you have to first go out to the terrace and take the key out of the wall/air conditioner in order to unlock the door to the room. Very dangerous. The timed lights in the hallways go out too quickly, so if you don’t rush down the stairs, the light goes out and you’re in the dark and can fall easily. bathroom mat was gross.
