IMPORTANT: PAYMENT of the reservation must be made through the payment gateway link that we will send you by email/WhatsApp. CONDITIONS AND RULES Our customer service hours are Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 18:00. Which means that the reservations out of this times or for weekends will be contacted through the day or night by the accommodation in order to settle all the matters related to the booking as soon as possible. But it is really important to have excellent communication with the property in order to avoid any possible inconvenience. Before your arrival, a deposit of 50 euros will be requested for possible breaches of the establishment's rules. As established by the law on tourist accommodation, we will charge you the tourist tax of 2.00 euros per person per night. Access to the rooms is based on the number of guests, additional charges will apply for extra rooms. If you use the kitchen and dining room, you must leave the dishes and utensils clean and in their place, as well as remove the trash on the last day (otherwise additional cleaning charges will apply).Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.
