Smooth check in check out. A simple place, clean and good value for money

Great little budget place that perfectly delivers on all things that are promised. It is clean and efficient. Two unexpected highlights for me: friendly owner speaks very good English and is happy to share tips about town. And there is a little balcony on the back where you can do laundry and you can also keep that door open thanks to a perfect mosquito door; it is very quiet at night. There is a big fridge, daily drinking water, dishes for your bought street food, hangers, a bedside lamp, bedside powerplugs, a water kettle, cups and and and. The hot shower works well, and the small bathroom can be aired naturally through a small window with mosquito netting. The front window goes out to the communal outdoor corridor. For privacy, you might want to keep the curtain there mostly closed. It's not my favorite design, but at least you can bring in some daylight from the back door balcony. My room was huge, I believe 26 sqm. The bed is also huge, I think it easily sleeps four people. The floor is tiled and luckily not carpeted. The aircon looks very new to me, even though I never used it in December (just as I never tried the TV and the wall fan). They also do laundry
