Lovely apartment in a great location, just a short walk from the beach. We only stayed one night in Barletta, but really enjoyed our time here. Wish we could have stayed longer!

The apartment is on the second floor — not an issue for me personally, but my husband, with his knee problems, found the climb a bit of a challenge.

Appartamento essenziale, carino e pulito. Non manca niente e si può raggiungere in breve tempo sia il mare che il centro di Barletta sorprendentemente affascinante.

Si trova al terzo piano con scale ripide e senza ascensore. Ma è anche il bello di questa abitazione di una certa età.

What I loved? I have to start with the owners – Lisa and her husband – to whom we are truly, deeply grateful. They were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make our stay as smooth as possible. The apartment doesn’t have a private parking space (which seems to be common in Barletta), but that didn’t stop them from helping us. They patiently explained all the local street parking signs and even accompanied us to two private parking lots, helping us translate all the information from Italian. Their support was just incredible. Although it’s noted on Booking that the hosts only speak Italian, we had no problem communicating in English – with a little help from Google Translate. They were very accommodating and made us feel right at home. As for the apartment itself – it’s cozy, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with everything you might need, whether you’re staying a few days or longer. There’s only one air conditioner, but it works perfectly and cools the entire place. You can leave it on while you’re out, and return to a pleasantly cool home. The location is also fantastic – within walking distance to the beach (both free areas and those with sunbeds), a small supermarket, and several great restaurants (one of which served the best pizza and focaccia I’ve ever had!). The charming city center is just a short walk away, and strolling through Barletta’s narrow, historic streets is a delight. Some reviews mentioned the stairs – the apartment is on the 3rd floor – but our 4 year old managed them just fine on his own, so we didn’t find it to be a problem at all. All in all, we absolutely loved our stay here. It’s a wonderful apartment with even more wonderful hosts, and it’s definitely a place we’d love to return to. Highly recommended!

The host met us at the property to let us in, the property was conveniently located, clean and quite. The aircon was excellent and it had a lovely shower.

Possible improvements to the property could be a small couch/sofa instead of the hanging seats in the living room. Also some form of shelfing in the shower to hold shampoos etc. Parking was on the street and sometimes it involved circling the local streets a few times to get a place.

Great Apartment, perfect location, close to the beach and to the center.Easy check-in, very good communication with the host. Very clean, comfortable, you can find in the appartment everything what you need. Best recommendations.
