O apartamento é lindo! É mobiliado com móveis novos e de muito bom gosto. É equipado com diversos eletrodomésticos novos. Tudo funcionando perfeitamente.

A vazão de água dos chuveiros pode melhorar. Tivemos um pequeno problema com falta de água, o que foi rapidamente resolvido. Após o retorno da água a bomba de pressão de água apresentou um problema, comprometendo um pouco o fluxo de água nos chuveiros e torneiras. No entanto, isso não impediu nossa estadia. O proprietário respondeu a todas as solicitações e buscou soluções imediatamente.
