Perfect location for attending the Bayreuth opera festival - just a five minute or so walk from the opera house, maybe 10 minutes walk from the train station, 20 minutes to the historic city center. Grocery store in east walking distance, too.

"Es war angenehm kühl als es heiß war, und nachdem ich zweimal pro Tag Probe im Festspielhaus hatte optimal von der Lage"

Es war groß, weitläufig und perfekt am Festspielhügel gelegen und ist kühl geblieben, als es draußen 34 Grad heiß war.

Es war gereinigt, aber es gab noch viele Spinnweben. Auch die Matratze vom Babybett hat nach Schimmel gerochen und der Matratzen- und Bettbezug waren etwas verschimmelt und auch nach der Wäsche nicht wieder sauber. Zum Kochen war soweit alles da, aber leider kein Deckel für die Pfannen und nur drei kleine Löffel (bei 20 Gabeln/ Messern usw.)

"A hidden treasure in Bayreuth"

Fantastic apartment in Bayreuth. Very quiet and spacious. Great setup. Excellent hosts. Garden with decking for exclusive use. And most of all "to die for location" for anyone coming to Wagner's Festival. We came back to the apartment during the breaks so could have our snacks and wine without crowds.

Can't think of any negatives
