Magnolia Court Suites

Nicely renovated place, great location (a few minutes with bikes to the waterfront), great hosts (fast communication) and plenty of perks.

Everything was perfect. Hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive. It felt like a home away from home. Particularly loved all the thought put into this place. Hosts provided tons of info about the area and things to do. They even provided emergency phone numbers. My first thoughts were, "they thought of everything". We were very impressed! Bed was very comfy as well. And huge!

There wasn't much not to like. The TV in the bedroom suite is a bit outdated and is very slow with its smart functions. This was in suite #1, so I'm not sure about the others.

The house was beautifully done inside and out. The owners were very cordial. We loved the home. We would definitely stay here again if it's available.

There was nothing about the house to dislike.

Location was good in a nice neighbourhood and only a few minutes walk from shops and restaurants. The property was lovely and clean and had everything we needed and was really good value for money. The owners left us some champagne as we were on our honeymoon which was a lovely thoughtful touch.

We liked everything.

Loved the radio, it was on a lot. Didn't watch the television. It definately felt like home away from home. The location was great and the big park a couple blocks away and the public dock down the road were really nice to visit.

The one thing I would say is the width of the shower door. The shower is spacious and lovely once in it, but I'm an average size person and it was a bit tight to get past the door comfortably.

There was nothing not to like. Upon our arrival, we met the property owners, who prior to our arrival gave us some information on favorite local eateries and places to see. We were provided with a day pass to Hunting State Park, saving us sixteen dollars. Upon arrival we met the property owners, who were very personable but not busybodies, friendly yet professional. After speaking with them for a bit- we are chatty- they directed us to the grocer and left us to our evening. We had room 1, a one bedroom apartment with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, television upstairs and down, an incredibly comfortable king size bed, and a fantastic shower. Toiletries include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a full sized blow dryer. We were offered a discount on am extra night if we decided we wanted to stay, no one was in our room that night, we had to decline but it was an offer we would have accepted had our schedules allowed. Downtown Beaufort with shopping, restaurants, art, park, playground, etc. is less than a mile from the property and is easily walkable. There was honestly nothing that we weren’t impressed with. There is a little table with umbrella and chairs on the private patio and we sat and watched the birds bathe in the bird baths on the front garden, which is shaded by a beautiful magnolia tree and ground covering of ivy and periwinkle. Just beautiful grounds.
