De Luxe Republic Square Apartment of 100sqm

Lots of open space, two bathrooms, and an incredible location.

Lokalita je úplne úžasná, priamo v centre Belehradu, zároveň 100metrov od hlavného ruchu, takže v noci je tam pokoj. Lekárne, potraviny, reštaurácie, všetko je v dosahu.

Parkovanie je obmedzene vsade len na pol hodinu, cize vozidlo som musel parkovat vo verejnej garazi asi 1200metrov od apartmanu pesi, ale zaviest vozidlo tam som musel kvoli obchadzkam asi 4km od apartmanu.

The apartment is directly downtown! The owner was absolutely wonderful and helpful. Even though it’s near the old part of the city, the apartment itself is very modern and has all the amenities. I didn’t take pictures of the apartment because it’s looks just like it was in the photos. But I added a few photos from our trip.

We arrived and it was very hot. There is one air conditioning unit in the living room that didn’t truly cool off the whole apartment. It wouldn’t stop me from booking again though.

Host was fabulous! Large clean space - interesting lay-out which includes a mostly interior modern kitchen and two large, inviting sunny rooms with beautiful casement windows that open up the entire room to help you feel connected to the bustle of the street below. Absolutely wonderful location - walkable, interesting and felt safe! Across the street from the apartment is the historical theatre/opera house and at times I could hear singers practicing throughout the day.... which was very cool! The apartment is sparsely furnished with modern and clean furniture - I loved the beautiful, recently refinished wood floors! The apartment has a sense of 'history' that is appealing.

Building has plumbing issues - often smelled dank and there was mold under bathroom sink. The historical building is neat but feels 'tired', a bit impoverished and in need of repairs and attention. The apartment itself is missing some useful furnishing - for example, night lights, night-tables, bowls.... a bit inconvenient but we managed to work around. I was excited to hear that there was a balcony (not mentioned in the ad) but it turned out that it is an interior space that overlooks an enclosed 'shaft' courtyard (and several neighbours) and was dim, damp and uninviting. We didn't use it.

An excellent place to stay just 1 minute walk from the main square of Belgrade. The host was especially informative about things to do in Belgrade. He is a very nice man. The apartment is very large.

Second Sofa was not really good to sleep on. So five people for this apartment is a bit of a reach. 4 people ist okay

Nice apartment in an excellent location. Apartment is perfect for a family. Dusan is really helpful. Highly recommended
