Vip apartment Beograd

Very (!) fast check-in. The magnificent landlord of the apartment. Not a bad location, there is a tram stop nearby. 5 minutes walk to the big Maxi. 20 minutes walk to the city center. There is a vacuum cleaner, iron, hair dryer and a balcony

There is no elevator. Very dirty! Perhaps we did not have time to prepare the apartment because of our urgent check-in (Someone else's foot razor is in the bathroom, the blinds on the windows are broken, the kettle is working very poorly, the trash can is broken. TERRIBLE SMELL from under the sink!

The apartment has huge space once you are in. Every room is comfortable in that way.

The apartment has a direct view on another building, so keeping window blinds down can be very unpleasant. One window blind cannot be open. Terrace has space to exit the apartment and thats it, so approx 30-40cm. Parking definitely is one big disadvantage of the location, there are public spots which cant be payed for full day, you can only get daily ticket by not paying anything and then going to parking office to check your status which is not easy to do. Also area is overcrowded with cars so it is very difficult to find free spot. Church is near so if someone likes to sleep until late it wont be able to do so. Definitely its my mistake booking this location. Several lights were not working, intercome is not making any sound so if you are ordering food you dont know when they are arrived. Door doesnt have number on it again problem with delivery service. You are meeting person for keys which is not easy to make if you are coming over the boarder, they are very strict about time arrival. There are numerous ways to make it way easier. I have lost battery of remote controler because lid was missing, battery is still below couch which wasnt clean and i didnt want to put my hand below it. On several places spider webs were noticed. Both microwave and fridge could use some cleaning. Dishes were wet put in the cabinets and we saw it day after we get into apartment. Sponge and scrubbing net couldn't be used so i bought new one (comparison in some places i got not used items packed in foil just for me). 2 large and 2 small towels were left for 2 week stay for 2 persons, i dont think this is acceptable even having in mind that we had washing machine available. From bathroom ventilation you can enjoy smell of other apartments kitchen which definitely owners cant change but made this stay less pleasant. I cant remove garlic smell from my nose. There are no enough space to put clothes so for two weeks we had them in suitcases. There is no oven, only microwave.

The apartment was presented as VIP and "niceee" and I think it was once. But now it is in a catastrophic condition. 1. Bad smell under the sink in the kitchen. 2. The case of the air conditioner is damaged and taped. 3. The air conditioner hasn't been serviced for a long time and hardly produces any cold. 4. The mechanism for fixing the blinds on some of the windows is broken. 5. The faucet in the bathroom is not well secured. 6. The kitchen faucet sometimes gets stuck. 7. Some sockets and switches are not well secured. 8. Internet is very slow and unreliable. A 2.4G router with a coax input. 9. The tub in the bathroom is badly damaged. 10. The box under the bathroom sink is horrible, we could not use it. 11. We never saw the landlord in person. 12. Missing simple things like toilet paper holder, soap holder, kitchen knife, frying pad, and some other minor things. 13. Every evening, the summer cafe located directly under the windows and balcony of the apartment is filled with noise and laughter, sometimes until 2 am.

Regarding the property, I really appreciate the location – it's just what I'm looking for!

I had to inform that this apartment I rented doesn't match the pictures at all. The carpet is in a terrible state, there's a sunken bed in the living room, and the previous guests left cat litter behind in bathroom. It's also dirty behind and under the bed, and in all corners in apartment. When I mentioned some of these issues to the owner, they suggested leaving if we didn't like it.

Comfortable, in a nice neighborhood with restaurants, markets, drugstores, and lots of trees. There is an enclosed park where dogs may run in the grass off leash on the next block. There are trams running at the end of the block. The apartment had everything I needed including a clothes washer, full size refrigerator, ironing supplies and an oven. There are also two large tvs and good Wi-Fi.

This is a very spacious, comfortable and clean place. Hosts are beautiful people, helped us with everything.

It's sometimes getting loud in the morning with a restaurant, a church and dogs around, but you get used to it.
