4th floor without lift, no fast public transport to the center

The rooms and beds are comfotable, the place is enough for 6 people, and a very cheap apartment and quite well. The neighbourhood was quiet, safety restaurants and stores in a few minutes of walking, the people on the streets very are helpful. New air conditioner which which cools or heats the space in minutes.

The apartment was clean but not 100%. The top of the furnitures were very dusty, and when we arrived there were something strange dirt in the toilette. We got only one toilette paper for 6 people and 2 nights. The hot water ran out of the boiler and was not produced again.
