Luxury Studio - Vracar

Nothing, except the location.

Wasted money ! First of all, check-in is only possible from 3:00 PM, which takes away a good part of the day, while charging a lot of money. For €41.00, I got a small room where even the TV doesn't work. The shower drain is clogged, so you can expect a flood after showering. As soon as I entered the apartment, the guy who welcomed me (that was his job and he was pleasant) tried to inform the owners that the TV wasn’t getting a signal, and I would be deprived of that. However, the owners were completely uninterested. When I suggested at least adjusting the price, they didn’t want to hear it. Very unpleasant experience. Mišarska and the surrounding streets are full of apartments for rent. I highly recommend avoiding this one. I will share photos as well.

Elevator was not working

Great location for walking to sites, full kitchen. The black out shades work well. Feels like living there with kitchen and laundry. Good shower and new towels and sheets.

Construction noise, broken lift, light switch behind the door. No sharp knife.

First and foremost, the location of this accommodation is nothing short of amazing. It's situated right in the heart of the city, making it incredibly central. Whether you're a tourist looking to explore or a business traveler needing convenience, you'll find everything within walking distance.

While we really liked the location and convenience of this accommodation, we have to be honest about some cleanliness issues that bothered us. The apartment didn't seem to have been cleaned properly before we arrived. The air conditioning unit was pretty dirty, and there was even mold in the bathroom. The bed sheets had a weird smell, and the towels were torn and worn out. The pillows were also not very comfortable. On top of that, the apartment had some lighting problems. Quite a few lights weren't working, which made the place feel dim and not very welcoming. We understand that places might have some hiccups now and then, but these are things that can easily be fixed with some attention and maintenance. We hope the owner can take care of these issues so that future guests can have a more pleasant stay.

Very strategic location, great facilities. The owner provided us with a luggage room in another hotel at the end.

The bathroom was quite small and the way the sink was put, it was quite hard to wash your face. The owner expected us to use the same 1 towel given to us for the whole week we stayed there plus another small hand towel. Toilet paper was drenched in water as the water heater was leaking on it and after a lot of messages we got a replacement. We only had 1 pillow each and it was quite uncomfortable but overall okay.
