Property was clean and tidy however floor needs a good scrub as my socks were dirty by the end of the day. Wifi was good. Property looks very modern and posh.

Floor was needs a good scrub. Tap in the kitchen was shaky, it seems like it could break any moment and it needs to be repaired or fixed better. There was no toilet paper left at the property on our arrival. The biggest problem for us was broken boiler. Landlord informed us on our arrival there is no hot water and that switch is not working. He told us he put the boiler on however indicator didn't flash like it's on. It was off from the moment we entered the flat and we had no hot water and had to shower with cold water for 2 days. Unfortunately we had wedding to attend so there was no time to call landlord and complain about the problem. We expected something to be done without us flagging something that clearly did not work prior our stay as the landlord was the one to inform us about the issue. Landlord seems very kind however this is the problem we experienced.
