Just as promised, everything working order, fridge is godsend. Clean and practical rental.

Great location, lots of light and sunshine in the morning. The city center and the airport are easily accessible by bus or car. The Sava River, a bakery, and other amenities are within walking distance. Dishwasher, refrigerator, and kitchen utensils are in good condition. Washing machine is in good condition.

The apartment wasn't clean. The bedroom and the bedding smelled strongly of cigarettes. The same went for the sofa in the living room. The sofa also had small burn holes. The kitchen and stove weren't clean. The additional rain shower in the bathroom didn't work. The towel rack in the shower was completely rusted and looked unsightly.

Nothing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APARTMENT AT ALL. DO NOT BOOK IT. Dirty! Abandoned! Unhygienic! Owners irresponsible. They don't answer calls. They don't want any kind of cooperation. I submitted the application to the Booking.com company.

I submitted the application to the Booking.com company. I booked an apartment for 8 days. I contacted the owner of the apartment and asked for the apartment to be extra clean with extra towels and bed linen, and especially stressed that I was looking for an apartment with a washing machine. We arrived from America. The owner said that everything is in excellent condition and that apartment has the wash machine. Wash machine is very small, an outdated model that was broken and full of smelly water. The guy who brought us the key excused himself that everything would be fine. He seemed very strange. He answered questions slowly, inarticulately. The apartment was messy, the bathroom was in a terrible condition, unclean, the toilet brush was in a disastrous condition with feces on it, the tiles looked like they had never been cleaned, the shower was black-moldy, the tiles were neglected and everything looked disgusting to use. The kitchen elements were greasy, the dishes were old, scratched, unwashed. Under the table there was hair and food leftovers. There was dust all over the furniture. The blinds on the windows were broken, the window could not be opened. The faucet in the kitchen was non-functional, the water was leaking and moving from its bearing. The walls were greasy, all the locks on the doors, as well as the door itself, were dirty - obviously they had never been wiped clean. Dirt, dust, grease accumulated in the corners of the floors. I tried to contact the owner, he did not answer. After more than 2 hours, he answered, but very uninterested, explaining that he is not the owner, but his father. The contact phone number was his. I called the guy who gave us the key. He never spoke. He didn't answer the phone. I called the contact person again, he did not answer.
