Bellagio Retreat - Cozy apartment in San Giovanni

Будинок трьохповерховий, ми спали на першому поверсі, наші друзі на третьому. На першому поверсі було дуже волого, настільки що рушники не висохали ні трохи, а папір був вологим. Там був запах плісняви, хоч ми її не бачили, але вона відчувалась. Кухня була погано облаштована, ми не готували там, але якби планували, то нам би і тарілок не вистачило повечеряти. Фену також не було. Над першим поверхом квартира інших людей, було чутно кроки і собаку, звукоізоляція погана. В пішій доступності два ресторани, але потрібно бронювати, місць мало. Магазинів в пішій доступності немає, а в маленькому маркеті в центрі міста пляшечка води коштувала 2,5€ тому краще запастись.

2 bedroooms, pretty cold inside even outside was very hot, next to the property was very nice café for breakfast and further a good restaurant, not far from bus stop, very fast communication.

it was hard to find as in a booking house number was not indicated..

Great owner, all place to yourself in calm area

The bathroom is small

It is a beautiful place with safe parking, lovely restaurants, bars, and a lovely cafe called NENE that's 10 meters away from the accommodation. It is very comfortable and within two minutes of the ferry so that you can explore the rest of Lake Como! San Giovanni is a great little gem!

The area is so cute spot ! beautiful water is not far by walking from property& swim spot . there is bus stop we did use was almost 20 min walks up hill but lm sure different ones may near by

no restaurant around there . only small cafe out side street or by the water 2 fl nice restaurants food was but little be pricey . mosquito was in the room wish had small fan the can use for the bed area then mosquitoes can’t attack us. need hired better cleaner parson would bring more better hygiene .

Comfortable room, well-furnished with a nice artistic touch. Although we were only there two nights and did not use the kitchen, it appeared to be well-equipped. The bed was comfortable. The place is conveniently located only a couple of blocks from the waterfront in a very quiet location.

The steps were a bit challenging due to the lack of rails, especially at dark.
