Great place and affordable. Warm, we had everything we needed. Hosts were nice, and available. Location is great.

Espacioso, con todas sus necesidades, muy limpio y ordenado. Sin duda recomendable. Cama muy cómoda y limpio todo.

l'appartamento in linea d'aria è molto vicino al centro ma c'è da tener conto che la strada per arrivarci è in discesa e poi c'è da risalire.

شقه ممتازة جدا يوجد حديقه جميله خاصة بالشقه.نظيفة جداتبعد عن سوق بلاجيو أقل من 2 كيلو متر.كما أشكر المضيفه متعاونه جدا وسريعة التواصل

We booked a room with you during our trip to Italy, but upon arrival in the evening, we were unable to reach you — neither by phone nor through the booking platform. We tried multiple times and waited, but received no response whatsoever. Left without any way to access the property, we were forced to find last-minute accommodation at a nearby hotel. Despite not staying at the booked property and the issue being entirely due to the host's lack of communication, we were still charged the full price — with the exception of a refund of around 2 euros, which felt more like an insult than any real compensation. This experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. It showed a complete lack of responsibility and respect for guests. We expected at the very least clear communication — and if that wasn’t possible, a full refund for a service we never received. We hope this review serves as a warning to future guests and a wake-up call for the host to treat their responsibilities more seriously

After more than 10 hours of hiking from Como to Bellagio, we were really looking forward to relaxing and washing our clothes. Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. We booked this apartment mainly because it advertised a washing machine, but when we arrived, it was full of dirty water and flooded the entire bathroom floor. I had to spend almost an hour cleaning up the mess, and the machine was still half full of water afterward. The owner, Sara, was not very helpful. She didn’t answer our calls, and her replies to messages were delayed and without any real solutions. To make things worse, the heating didn’t work, so it was impossible to dry our clothes. The oven and kitchen appliances were also not functioning properly. After leaving the place as clean as possible and politely asking for a partial refund, we didn’t even get a reply from Sara — she simply decided it wasn’t worth answering. For almost €130 a night, this was far from the relaxing stay we were expecting. Definitely not worth the price.

Апартамента е просторен и голям, банята е нова и обзавеждането също е запазено. Разположението е добро, тъй като може да стигнете само по пешеходни зони до центъра и то за 15 мин.

Апартамента е много студен, пода е студен, както и отоплението е на климатик, който е само в спалнята и няма как да затопли целия апартамент. Имаше косми в "чистите" кърпи, както и прах в целия апартамент. Чистотата е на много ниско ниво.
