The view of the lake and the mountains is spectacular. The pool was a plus. Very well kept outside area. Although secluded, there is some noise from the road however, but otherwise very tranquil surroundings. Every apartment has a dedicated underground parking spot which was definitely a plus, but was tricky to access with a suv.

The booking, checkin and overall experience with the host was disappointing. For the booking process I was passed between 2 individuals. Regarding the checkin, I was introduced to a third person, and the checkin was actually done by a forth. This wouldn’t have been a problem. But upon arrival we noticed that there was no soap in the bathrooms, no garbage bag in the bin, no dishwasher soap or sponge and so on. We asked the forth person to provide some, he called the third person who promised to bring some and that was that. Never heard or seen anyone since. So yes, this was a very big minus from an otherwise good overall experience. Also, be aware that the 2 bathrooms are accessible only from the bedrooms, so if someone decides to sleep on the sofe in the living room it will be a little tricky and can cause some annoyance.

Got very little information from host as just gave keys and rushed off Was supplied with only 1 towel each for a week and when I requested more they never came very disappointing Only for that it would have got a 10

The view is absolutely epic, throughout the holiday it never got old and was idyllic to wake up to every day. The apartment was v.clean, comfortable, modern, well equipped with everything and spacious. Large double shower with good pressure. Lovely pool (even if a bit chilly). Nothing to criticise on the apartment at all. Owners v.helpful, communicated well and v.supportive when we had transfer issues- hugely appreciated!! Apartment felt secure. Also v.light/bright with large bi-fold doors and double windows to let in the sunshine and view :)

The location is incredible but high up the mountain so definitely advise a car (parking available), unless you are super fit and plan to do a lot of walking. A car wasn't suitable for us this trip for various reasons, so we didnt have one. We trekked up/down a lot and were ok (just v.tired by the evenings!) but anyone less able may struggle. There are buses and a Bellagio Express tourist train that can both be great, but either are not particularly regular and can be unavailable when full. The walk up the mountain back to the apartment is not well lit at night so advise getting home before dark, a taxi or a good torch! Everything is well lit once on the premises.
