Falta de jabón para lavar platos. Papel higiénico muy poco. No había ni gel, ni champú que son básicos. Aire acondicionado en la habitación y no solo en el salón. Cafetera o bolsitas de café para huéspedes no había. Wifi no había! Los detalles hacen la diferencia!

The noise from the building work was shocking

Unfortunately the pictures on the website do not reflect the current state of the property. The heating did not work Patio doors did not lock and and bedding totally inadequate, My son actually slept in his cloths to keep warm. I strongly feel that we should be refunded for our stay as it was not to an acceptable standard. I have booked many times with Booking.com and always been happy with our stays. Someone needs to take a look at this property.,

Quiet but central

Aircon blowing cold air when set at 25 on a cold evening

I caught a taxi to the apartments and When I arrived at the place there was no one to meet or greet me .I met someone who was staying there and they said they had the same problem with trying to get keys and I didn't have WiFi and I couldn't make any call to get any info.but luckily the Gentleman who was staying there walked me to a place to where I was supposed to get the keys from and they were closed cause it was Sunday and then he said there was another place we could try but it was far to walk so we did the with the whole time my fiance was waiting at the apartment and here phone was die and she was panicking and luckily my step brother came to check on us and found here there and she went with him . I then lent a phone for my step brother who was staying at hellys apartment . Call booking.com and they said I would have to try find another place where keys could be .but after spending more than 2 hours looking for the keys and what was supposed to be my engagement celebration week we booked into helly apartments on booking.com which cost me another £250. So I am very unhappy with this service .Why not have keys on site like every other place you go to I would like a refund or a credit or something towards what I paid for a the other hotel as my fiance was in a state on the first day we arrived and this has left a bad feeling booking this with booking.com come in the future Thanks Shaun Thompson
