GBThe apartment is in a gated community with lovely grounds and parking within the boundary is included. The location is reasonably close to Playa de Levante and there's a good selection of restaurants and shops within walking distance of the apartment. The owner is very friendly and helpful.

It was a very small apartment. It may be suitable for one person, but certainly not for a family of three. The bed filled the bedroom. There was no wardrobe. We lived out of our suitcases. There were no loungers at the pool. The shower screen had been broken by an earlier client. The package with the replacement screen took up half of the entrance hallway. When we showered the floors were flooded. We had to mop up. The shower drain was choked too. We had to wait an hour for the owner to appear with the keys, after previously agreeing a time.

Apartment is tired and needs repairs and improvements. Shower door broken Balcony sliding doors in dire need of repair TV no signal Major road and building construction made it VERY noisy Bedroom extremely small. One side of bed against the wall, not ideal for 2 people. No water in swimming pool. Host sent our arrival instructions to someone else making it impossible to find without calling her. She doesn't speak English so had to come down and ride with us on a very long diversion to get to parking. Host's boyfriend arrived on checkout to give back deposit but didn't help us get out of the secure parking. Had to wait for quite a while and eventually another resident was leaving and used their security gate remote for us.
