In realtà, a causa di un guasto improvviso, la struttura non era disponibile, ma l'host Serena (donna molto cortese ed affascinante), ci ha messo molto gentilmente a disposizione addirittura due appartamenti a Stia, che normalmente sarebbero costati molto di più: si tratta di quella che fu la dimora del pittore Squillantini. Soggiorno strepitoso!
