the best thing about this apartment is the sea view

the lock box is far to high up, i am 5ft3 inches tall and my husband is 5ft 8inches and he really struggled to reach to put the numbers in to get the keys out, if it had been myself and my daughter which it normally is when visiting benidorm i adont know how we would have reached to get the keys as we would not even had anything to stand on to help us ??,also as entering the apartment there was a loose tile that flipped up and badly bruised my foot , this really needs addressing as i class this as a dangerous hazard and not acceptable !!!!!, also 10 oclock am is a very early check out time considering that that the next quests cannot check in till 4pm, surely it does not take 6hrs to clean this small apartment.

Apartment very comfortable with superb views. Car park with plenty space. Kitchen well equipped. Washing machine available in the apartment. Nearby supermarket ( Supermercado Veracruz) with delicious fruit and everything what you need, but there were many restaurants around. In December we had lovely weather with sunny warm days.

Lovely spacious apartment. Excellent location on the beachfront. Close to all amenities, restaurants, bars and shops. Wonderful sea and promenade views from the apartment. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend staying at this apartment. Luis (host) was pleasure to deal with, very helpful.

This apartment was like a home from home had everything we needed for a great stay, the view was amazing the location was perfect, apartment was spotless would definitely stay here again the host Luis got in touch with regards to picking up the keys and answered straight way Everytime I text ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The property location is excellent, right on the beach and close to bars restaurants etc.

Property was clean and comfortable. Only criticism is it could do with a lick of paint and bathroom update but nothing major.
