"Excellent apartment all that is needed is a new mattress."

Location was excellent - facilities top notch - excellent hair dryer - washing machine ( we didn’t use ) but we could have had we needed too - ironing board & Iron. Everything you need for a lovely stay. We had no problems so we didn’t need to contact the Janitor Paco - but he always always very nice and pleasant 😊

The only disappointing thing was the bed - I had read a previous review stating the same thing the right hand side of the bed wasn’t comfortable- myself and my husband took turns on which side of the bed we slept on.

Lovely location for old town, beach, music venues and restaurants

Can be noisy, remember to close all the windows at night if you like it quiet, the double glazing does work!

What a great place to stay, we met the owner on arrival he handed us the keys and gave us a quick tour of the apartment which was very nice, it's literally a 2-minute walk to all the main bars the apartment was nice and clean with a private pool overall it was a great stay, I would recommend 1 extra mirror in the living room or bedroom as when there is somebody using the bathroom that's where the mirror is, but overall a 9.5 / 10

Very clean apartment. Good location.

Strong smell of sewage in the bathroom. Problem solved when workmen with big truck cleaned out blocked drains in courtyard below.

The location is excellent, just 1 street away from the main entertainment but far enough away not to hear all the noise at night. We were there for a month so the fact that you have Netflix on the TV is a big bonus. You can't go out every evening when you are there for that long

The balcony can get a bit noisy during the day with all the passing traffic
