The location was in the Rincon area of Benidorm within walking distance of shops, bars and the Levante beach. We hired a car and access to the AP7 and N332 was easy. People with limited mobility without a car should be aware that to get to the property a number of roads going uphill have to be negotiated. The apartment was very airy, well equpped and the view from the terrace was outstanding. 2 bathrooms was great. The lifts were very quick too. Underground parking with allocated space and pool area superb. We had a quiet experience without disturbance from the neighbours. We are quiet ourselves so this was appreciated. The host, Claudio, kept in touch prior to arrival via whatsapp and met us on arrival to give us the keys and brief us on the apartment.He said he lived in the building should we need anything so all good.

Everything was great. Large , tastefully furnished modern apartment with lots of amenities. Basically all you need to live comfortably, including garage space. Very clean and secure building with the fantastic view (as you can see on a picture)

We stayed for over a month and it was a bit challenging to keep the apartment dust free without a vacuum cleaner. It’s probably not an issue if one stays for a week or two. Also, there is a construction going on close by which we knew about when booking the property. It will probably go on for another 2-3 months. Expect some noise from 8AM to 7PM or keep your windows closed. I didn’t bother us too much as we were spending most o go the days outside of the city.

The views from the terrace were excellent

Cheap lounge furniture not very comfortable. At the top of a very steep hill so had to use taxis a lot
