Please note that key collection takes place between 9:00 and 23:00 in Apartamentos Maria Victoria, located on Calle Ibiza 1, Benidorm (a 5-minute drive from the apartments). Please note that it is not possible to collect the keys outside these hours. Please note that the total price of the reservation shall be paid when picking-up the keys, whether in cash or card. Please note that parties or loud music are not allowed. All apartments include bed linen, towels and kitchenware. Apartment cleaning and the replacement of these takes place every 7 days. The property has free wifi inside the deparment.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A deposit may be required at the property.

The location

The apartment needed cleaning. I personally cleaned all floors and windows and could hardly see out the heating was also problem difficult to use ( im a gas engineer). the iron was like a child's toy. + hairdryer. not enough bedding have. recorded everything + photo's booking .com advertised costing in pounds / euros but asked bank for euros this cost additional £28.00p customer service a joke 🤣 ? Blame the. bank wouldn't be using Booking.com Again . glass in picture sample of water after cleaning floors + windows.shower is supplied by small water heater so be very quick or the person coming behind you will have to have a cold shower over rated . My opinion ☆☆ Keep Going I would need a solicitor
