Excelente ubicación si deseas estar cerca de todos los lugares emblemáticos de la isla. Céntrico y a su vez muy tranquilo en zona residencial. Parking privado que considero super importante por tratarse de un área citadina. Amplio ático con excelentes vistas que te dejan con pocos deseos de salir de casa.

Hay algunos enseres menores y muebles que no se adecuan a la magnificencia de este ático por ponerle alguna pega, pero solo si eres muy picky.

Wow, wow, wow, it was beautiful to stay in a fantastic location 📍 For the First time in my life, I felt very comfortable there. It felt like home, with a stunning view of the beach from the window to all the perfect details in a villa. Thank you for letting us experience this 🌍✈️🇪🇸👏 It's very safe, a good choice for families, and the rooms are a good size, with plenty of space to put things away.

Lack of external tarrace

Location was stunning, apartment was well equipped. Very nice location and very nice apartment. There were few things and I am being picky here cutlery could be better there was 1 butter knife in the whole kitchen 🤣no serving spoons, frying pan needing replacement very worn down was not even fitting on the hob to get proper heat. Wish there was another heater too as our kids were cold at night but we only had one . Little things can get updated and it was amazing

Communication was not great at all. We were getting final emails when we were boarded, internet, signals etc all took part and hence we got to the wrong address with young family and luggage in the middle of the night. And when we complained and ask the women to help she said why you have being rude to me ?? Really 🤔 we are in a strange country strange part of the island it’s ding outside in dark with kids asking for help and that’s what we are getting. Anyways these things happen. I asked days ago if we can check out at 4 instead and can pay the money no one got back we assumed it’s ok but when we got there she told us no we can extend your stay as we are already booked. So in short communication was very poor which has left a bitter taste in our mind otherwise everything was nice. No one in those 5 nights came to even ask to clean the apartment or even empty the bin, and I am sure cleaning facility is available that’s what I read when we booked. The utility room was piled with rubbish bags as we had no where to dispose them. And we could not been bothered to speak that very unhelpful lady again, sorry I am sure she is nice but wasn’t great for us

The view in the appartement is amazing. Appartement is very big and there is really enought place to rest and each of family members had enought place. Two badrooms are very practical. Parking place in garage is very good, so you don't need to seach for a parking and car is protected. In general the facility is very good, the beach in front of the building is nice.

The apprtement would need some re-freshment. It is visable it was premium appartement like 10/20 years ago. Now some new furniture and some refreshmenet would be very welcome. But of course than it would costs probabla 5-times as mushc as we paid for it 😊

Beautiful apartment... absolutely huge! Beautiful window views directly facing the sea. This apartment felt like a home from home. Peaceful and very tranquil. Everything is in walking distance and bus stop to other resorts on the island less than a 10 minute walk. If you need to get away from the stresses of life .. this is your place. We will definitely be coming back soon. Perfect for couples... perfect for one....or 6 people easily! An absolute gem.
