The place was immaculate, well decorated, and had all of the extras missing at many short term rentals. (Individual shampoo, coffee, tea). Angelo's the host had fresh fruit and biscuits waiting. He had so many helpful recommendations and boomed us a seaside table at a nearby seafood place that was fantastic. Parking was plenty. Nearby beach was walkable but easy to drive to and park as well. Tons of Ubers available for quick pick up. I always stay in Artimeda the night before flying out. MUCH better than airport hotels. Nice patio outside to sit at and enjoy take out or coffee.

It was a bit far out of the main area. We liked the quiet, but the shops, restaurants and beaches with umbrellas were not walkable. If you have a car, no problem. If not, you would need to uber or be prepared for a walk a ways. It is not near a metro stop

We were supposed to arrive at 00.30 at night and due to a flight delay we arrived at 1.30. The hosts waited for us with a smile, asked how we were, helped us carry our luggage, were patient and pleasant. The apartment is beautiful, everything is tastefully decorated and they left us bread and spreads, fruits. Just a pleasure! A perfect experience

The location is very good, very quiet and beautiful neighborhood, takes a 5-10 minute walk and you are on the shore with lot's of nice cafes, restaurants right next to the beach. The home is equipped with everything you may need and even more, spotless clean, very beautiful interior, very peaceful, the terrace is just a gem! The host is very kind, shared lots of cafe and restaurant recommendations with descriptions and addresses with us, very helpful and responsive and very kind both Angelos and his brother Michalis. We loved our stay there and someday definitely will be back!

Our favorite place to stay near Athens! The place is beautiful, very close to the airport and easy to reach. There is a large parking space nearby. Angelos is an amazing and kind host, he’s always happy to help and he always gives great recommendations for restaurants! :)

Everything was perfect. 10/10
