Anna's Apartment and Studio

A cozy and well-equipped guest unit with a fully functional kitchen, rustic wooden design, located within the hosts’ home. The hospitality was warm and heartfelt, with an exceptional breakfast that felt like a dream. The hosts provided a delightful and authentic local experience. Conveniently located in Artemida, just a short distance from the airport, making it an excellent solution for travelers. The only drawback, beyond their control, is the flight noise due to the proximity to the airport, but locals are accustomed to it, and guests quickly adapt during their stay.

The only drawback, unrelated to the property or the hosts, is the location. There is some noise from planes during takeoffs and landings. It’s not dramatic, but it might bother those seeking a peaceful vacation. However, for travelers needing a short stay or a stopover, it’s unlikely to be an issue.

Gianni gave us perfect directions to the airport (which is quite close,) a wonderful recommendation for dinner in Artemida, and a lavish breakfast on the porch of his house.

This was a great little place to stay! The studio is tucked into a cute property near the beach, and Giannis communicated with us before arrival and was there immediately to greet us on arrival. The space is very cute, a bit like a little cabin, and it was so cozy for us. Giannis and his wife (Maria?) fixed us a delicious gourmet breakfast in the morning, served on the terrasse, and it was incredible and delicious! A nice mix of sweet and savory :) It was a fabulous way to get the day started as we were going to have quite a travel day. Thank you so much Giannis! We hope to stay again someday...

Yannis and his wife Maria are excellent people. Picked us up from the airport ( separate transport fee ) and explained the route very well to us. The accommodation itself is spacious, very clean and kitchen is fully equipped for a couple to cook and live. We were in the local area one evening only and the local beach is excellent in the morning. It is an excellent place with a great location and is taken of by two great people. Highly recommended.

I took subway from the port to the airprot. Giannis met me at airport and drove me to the lodging. He was prompt, communicated really well and was very nice. Room was simple, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was quick and easy. Amazing honey!

Very big house with 2 double beds and a sofa. Close to the airport. The hosts are wonderful and welcoming people. We were served with delicious breakfast.

We had no issue but the house itself is on the second floor reached by a steep staircase so might not be suitable for people with limited mobility.

It was a self contained studio for 2 with en-suite and kitchenette. We were there with 3 other couples who stayed in the apartment. Our hosts Giannis and Maria were excellent hosts and provided a more than substantial breakfast. We loved their homemade treats and own honey.

There were 4 couples traveling together so we had the 3 bedroom apartment and studio. The studio was spacious with own en-suite and kitchenette. The apartment is up steep steps with a fabulous terrace to relax on. There are two double bedrooms, one single bedroom and a couch in a loft for 6. It was perfect for a stopover to catch a flight the next day. We had lunch at a beachside restaurant recommended by Giannis. The breakfast provided by Maria and Giannis on the patio was exceptional with home cooked treats and honey from Giannis’s beehives. They were excellent hosts.

We were happy with the accommodation for the short stay.

Giannis and Maria were fantastic hosts and the accommodations were lovely. Our room was a detached cottage (essentially a studio apartment) tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable. We had breakfast on the veranda of the main house and it was varied and excellent. Among the many treats we enjoyed were honey from Giannis' bees and Maria's delicious homemade marmalade. The property is nicely maintained and very relaxing. The walk to the waterfront and restaurants was pleasant and easy. If you need a ride to and/or from the airport, you can make arrangements with Giannis for quite a reasonable fee. Truly, we could not have asked for more thoughtful, yet unobtrusive, hosts.

The property is near the airport and planes do fly over, sometimes rather frequently. Also, despite it's proximity to the airport, the drive to and from was longer than expected but not bad at all. Nothing we experienced, would prevent us from staying again. We left feeling completely satisfied with our accommodations, the hosts, and our delightful breakfast.

Such a beautiful apartment the bed was the best we slept in anywhere in Greece great location walk to beach and restaurants very nice hosts the breakfast was outstanding absolutely delicious
