Very clean , spacious and host made a video to find the property, key etc, so well organised

Only the location. Literally nothing else

The following points: 1- The carpet in the living room has a big spot and food bits as it was not hovered. Bad house keeping before the guest. 2- The chairs of the dining table are all loosen and some has dirt spots. Note that anyone would fall and it’s not safe to use. 3- The microwave in the kitchen was smelly and having black/brown spots and I had to clean it. 4- The curtains in the rooms doesn’t have blackout so it is not easy to sleep especially in such long-daytime. 5- Since in such hot and humid temperature, there were no AC or even a small fan, we asked for that and he didnt respond back or care at all after he promised to bring one fan. 6- The Shower doesn't have hot water at all, just claiming it is because of the pressure but the water never get over 19 or 20 degrees. 7- The remote control for the TV is very slow and doesn't respond to the control buttons, very hardly to get a channel. We informed them about the top stuff, and the owner came to the apartment the following day, and he promised to get most of this done, like the fan, TV remote control, fix the chairs because it will make us fall, but literally he didnt care and he didnt even take any action.

Parking was very convenient, lovely park opposite the apartment. Apartment was lovely, clean and quiet. Beds were so comfortable. The apartment was comfortable and warm even for our South African skin during the cold snap with snow. Netflix was a bonus. Thank you .

Excellently appointed apartment, clean, warm, and welcoming. Although situated in a block, it was extremely quiet and peaceful. A great size and with good quality fixtures and fittings. Comfortable beds and a good number of plates, glasses, pots, and pans. Excellent idea with the ipad, which is used to check in on - lots of useful information regarding location, places to eat and local takeaways etc. All in all, a great place to stay would definitely stay again and recommend to others.
