The location is absolutely fabulous Communication with the host was great everything you need on the doorstep

The apartment needs painting though out

Great location. Flat was clean and tidy. Owner was really easy to get hold of through the whole trip and was great at communicating. The snacks and treats which were there on arrival was a lovely addition after travelling for 7 hours. The bedrooms were comfortable. Overall really enjoyed staying. I would recommend and book again.

Excellent location for Poniente beach and old town. Apartment clean, comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen, including washing machine.

Being a group of ladies, we would have preferred more mirrors. A full length mirror in the entrance hall and ones in the bedrooms would have been good.

Location's near perfect, right in the oldest Benidorm quartet and at a stone's thrown distance from supermarkets and both beaches (Levante and Poniente). We also appreciated the informative brochure on points of interest around the region. But most of all we were very satisfied with our host (whose name I didn't quite catch) —even though we only spoke by phone, she was kind and attentive and understanding in the sense that in spite of the fixed check-in hours she positively accomodated us as soon as possible after such a long and weary trip. And that in itself was a blessing, I shouldn't go without mentioning that one of our elderly (for it was a family trip) fell ill around check-out time, so we had to wait until she was feeling a bit better, therefore delaying our departure and making the cleaning staff justifiably mad. I humbly apologize to them and thank our host for respectfully dealing with this slight inconvenience.

I normally am not one to criticize, but the apartment's in dire need of a renovation. Kitchen and fridge shelves constantly falling off, unmanageable wardrobes: not to speak of the cleaning when we arrived, which was shabby at best. The balcony table had a thick coating of dust and so did other furniture and appliances. Otherwise the flat was very neatly equipped, but for this reason I wouldn't recommend at its present state for anybody who cares about pristine living conditions,

Fantastic location, spacious apartment, everything we needed for a lovely holiday. Very comfortable beds, soft towels and a lovely welcome pack with a bottle of wine and some nibbles. Josef was an excellent and attentive host. We would stay again.

Small thing, the key/lock to the main block door is a little tricky to open. You have to fiddle a little to find the correct point to open the door, not always easy after a jug of sangria!!

The apartment was in a good location and very clean

The keys system is not easy to work out

Lovely spacious apartment with everything you could need for a comfortable stay.Josep was excellent host! Checked in smoothly and when we locked ourselves out one day, he responded quickly and we were back in to apartment within 5 mins of contacting him.😃😃

No complaints with this property. Everything spot on!!!
